For a print on white textile a pic in jpg format is great. For a flex/flock print on a coloured hoodie you need to send in a vector design. These you make with Macromedia Freehand, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator or the free 'The Gimp'. The design should have max 3 colours and no colourfades.
